The Enclave at Mount Vernon
The Enclave at Mount Vernon
Enclave Equities transformed a severely distressed former New York Telephone call center that had sat vacant for more than 20 years.
After multiple failed redevelopment attempts, the property was left partially demolished and widely viewed as a non-developable asset.
Despite major structural and logistical challenges, Enclave successfully repositioned the building as a community-focused mixed-use facility.
The project included securing a long-term partnership with Westchester Community College to create a new extension campus, along with the development of 40 units of LIHTC senior housing above the educational space.
The completed project restored more than 200 feet of long-vacant frontage on South 5th Avenue and turned a distressed property into a fully occupied development that supports education, senior housing, and neighborhood revitalization.
